Frequently Asked Questions 

What is your return policy?

Orders must be returned within 14 days for a complete refund. At this time we only offer refunds on unopened and undamaged products. If you would like a refund please send us an email at with refund as the subject. In the email please include your order number along with the reason for the refund. We will provide a printable return slip via email. At this time, customers are responsible for shipping fees for the return. Once we have receive the products and they are undamaged/unused, we will issue the refund to the payment method provided. Refunds can take up to 12 business days to return.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are able to cancel an order and get a refund, in the original payment method, before the order is shipped out/delivered. Orders can take up to 2 business days to process. Once aorder has shipped, or is delivered, and you would like to return your products please refer to the return policy above. For additional support please contact us at with the subject being "Cancel Order (Order number)".

Where do you ship?

Currently, we offer local delivery services for Nassau, Bahamas. Domestic shipping options are available to the outer islands of the Bahamas. 
For international destinations we offer shipping to the United States and Canada. 
All orders take up to 2 business days to process.
Standard Shipping takes 4-7 business days.
Express Shipping takes 2-5 business days.

Lost or Damage Items

We insure the quality of our products and packages before we deliver or ship an order. If your order is lost or damaged please contact the shipping company first. If a claim needs to be filed please contact us at with your order number. 

Product Use

Products are for external use only. Please do not ingest or use products inside of your genital area. If you have an open wound please avoid using the product in that area until it has completely healed.
Test a small amount of the product on your skin and wait 48 hours. If no irritation occurs continue use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your physician.

If you get the products in your eyes please flush with water and call your physician. If you ingest the product or use it internally please contact your physician.
